Clive Cox, the trainer of Positive, will be hoping to make it an across-the-card double with Tis Marvellous at Beverley, but I expect him to play second fiddle behind

(3.15, nb). There is very little separating the pair on their running at Royal Ascot where Tis Marvellous was second behind Cape Byron, with Danzeno a head back in third place.

Today, Danzeno is 1lb better off in this Listed contest and, also, he has posted superior performanc­es this season, which should swing the verdict his way.

Chelmsford stage a cracking card and Frankie Dettori significan­tly will be in action after riding at Sandown.
