Ranch Hand all set to round up the Ces

PINATUBO TO STAY UNBEATEN

OISIN MURPHY, champion jockey for the first time this season, can add to that memorable achievement by landing the Emirates Cesarewitch with RANCH HAND (4.10, nb) at Newmarket.

A one-time Classic hope, Ranch Hand bounced back to his best with an impressive victory over Trueshan at Haydock last month. He is up 5lb for that success but still looks well-treated.

The unbeaten PINATUBO (3.30) cannot be opposed in the Darley Dewhurst Stakes.

He is the top-rated juvenile colt in training and rightly so after landing impressive victories in all of his five races.

The progressive MOLATHAM

(2.55) should continue his upward curve in the Dubai Autumn Stakes.

His trainer Roger Varian can initiate a double with ASCENSION

(1.45) in the opening nursery. He was a classy winner on his most recent start at Newcastle.

CONVICT (2.05) can add to his impressive Redcar success at York.

Connections have played a patient game with LAMPANG

(2.40, nap) and look set to be further rewarded in the Listed Rockingham Stakes. The son of Dandy Man, who holds Classic entries next season, showed smart form when landing both of his races.

After numerous eye-catching performances in competitive handicaps, DARK VISION (3.15) can land a much-deserved victory.

Over the jumps at Chepstow, bank on Paul Nicholls and Harry Cobden to take the opening event with SIR PSYCHO (2.10). He posted a decent effort on the Flat at Leopardstown for Eddie Harty and his new trainer will have him ready for his hurdling debut.
