THE Gallagher brothers are famous for their bristling rows and it seems Noel and Liam have gone their separate ways when it comes to lockdown looks. A clean-shaven Noel was spotted near his £8million Hampshire mansion as former Oasis frontman Liam appeared to be letting nature take its course. Sporting a shaggy grey beard as he left his north London home last week Liam, 47, was barely recognisable in a hoodie, shorts and trainers.
But guitarist Noel, 52, had a healthy glow when he was seen out on his bike near the country house he bought last year.
Barbers have been forced to shut during the Covid-19 lockdown measures so Liam may have an excuse for his Rasputin-style whiskers. However, social distancing rules have not stopped the brothers from sparring online. Liam vented his anger after Noel released a demo of Oasis track Don’t Stop after finding it on an unlabelled CD in his loft.
Noel told fans: “I have stumbled across an old demo which I thought had been lost forever.
“I know some of you love this tune so we thought we’d put it ‘out there’ for you to enjoy/argue over.”
Oasis split up in 2009 and Noel’s demo release left fans speculating about a reunion.
Spiteful
But Liam fumed: “It’s the only way he’s [Noel’s] gonna stay relevant, by putting out Oasis demos as no ****** gives a **** about his new stuff.”
And in a spiteful swipe at Noel’s wife Sara MacDonald, Liam, who is engaged to Debbie Gwyther, said: “I’m more surprised at the fact the witch has let him look into his past glories...
“He must have put it together while she was out on her broom for her hourly exercise.”
