I chat to Tanya at her grave, reveals Vinnie
HEARTBROKEN Vinnie Jones has revealed he regularly discusses his daily life with his wife Tanya at her graveside.
The former footballer said he will often sit down at the Los Angeles cemetery and chat to her about their family and their plans for the future.
Movie star Vinnie, 55, has previously opened up in TV interviews about the grief he feels about Tanya – who died in July last year aged 53.
He says he now hopes his memoir – called Lost Without You – will help other widowers come to terms with their grief.

He said: “When we go up to Forest Lawn cemetery [in Los Angeles] to the grave, to sit and talk to her, we have got things to talk about.
“It makes the grief lighter that day. It is about how can we make grief lighter? You cannot make it go away.”
He added: “There was a bloke at the golf course, who said, ‘I am sorry about your wife... I lost my wife 14 years ago’.
“I said ‘I’m very sorry’ and walking out he said, ‘Hey Vin.

“It was like a hammer hit me on the top of the head. That was so true.
“As the months drag by you realise it is a fight. I have been in a lot of battles in my time and this one is tough.”
Last month, as Seven Dials announced it would publish Lost Without You, Vinnie said he hoped the book “would honour the life of my extraordinary late wife, Tanya, and to help people going through grief find a way forward”.
The Celebrity X Factor star explained: “I want the book to help people understand grief.”
Tanya died after a long battle with cancer. Vinnie will release the memoir in September with their daughter Kaley, 33.
The widower also wants to raise awareness about organ donation. Tanya had a heart transplant at 21 after giving birth to Kaley.
Former Welsh national team skipper Vinnie also played for Wimbledon, Chelsea and Leeds United in a 15-year career. easier. to live
