MICK McCARTHY made a swift impact as his new Cardiff team came from two down to grab a point after six straight defeats.

Barnsley went in front when centre-half Mads Andersen headed home Dominik Frieser’s cross.

It was two when Cauley Woodrow netted his 11th goal of the season, heading in Alex Mowatt’s free-kick.

But Sheyi Ojo diverted sub Josh Murphy’s effort into the net and Kieffer Moore headed the leveller.
