Travel: Cornwall And Devon Walks With Julia Bradbury, ITV, 8pm

Our intrepid explorer Julia (left) is off on her travels again as she hikes seven and a half miles of the wild Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall’s most southerly point, starting at the much-photograph­ed Kynance Cove and finishing at the idyllic fishing village of Cadgwith. Along the way she learns about Serpentine Rock, visits a hut that changed the course of modern technology and gets a pasty making masterclas­s. It’s a wild, windy and wondrous walk and part of her mission is to complete eight of the most spectacula­r walks in two of England’s most scenic and idyllic counties, going to the places only your walking boots can take you.

In a double helping from the Weatherfie­ld cobbles, Carla’s concerned about Johnny’s mental health when he claims he can see his late son Aidan. Plus Abi tells Kevin (Michael Le Vell, left) how Debbie saved her life, but ended up killing Ray. In the second episode, Kevin confides in Abi that he suspects Debbie’s lying, and guesses Ray is alive and well and holed up somewhere. Meanwhile, Johnny promises Carla he’ll talk to the prison doctor about his hallucinat­ions.

Mick and Shirley (Danny Dyer and Linda Henry above) catch their breath when DCI Arthurs turns up to tell them he has some news on Tina – she’s been spotted alive and well. But will either of them believe she’s turned to shopliftin­g? Elsewhere, Max reaches out to an unlikely source, causing him to break down. Meanwhile, Kathy feels lost with Ian still missing, so Bobby suggests she sees a doctor.

Film: Predators, ITV4, 10pm

Hardened fighters from all over the world, including military veterans and ruthless criminals, are abducted by aliens and transporte­d to a dangerous jungle world. As they struggle to survive, they discover why they have been brought to the planet – to be used as prey in a big-game hunt. Sci-fi thriller sequel, with Adrien Brody and Alice Braga (above), with Topher Grace, Danny Trejo and Laurence Fishburne.

Drama: Holby City, BBC1, 8.20pm

Sacha is in for the shock of his life when a dangerous and vulnerable Jodie appears back on the scene looking for answers and to wreak revenge. Meanwhile, Kian’s new boss Sahira breezes back into Holby, much to everyone’s complete surprise and consternat­ion. Elsewhere, an outgoing new nurse has her first day working in a busy AAU, which proves to be a baptism of fire. Starring Sian Reese-Williams (right), Ramin Karimloo, Amy Lennox and Guy Henry.
