Judi loving that looser clothing

- By Ashleigh Rainbird

STRICTLY viewers have seen a cha-chachange in Judi Love as the Loose Women star has lost almost a stone in the first few weeks of dance training.

After shedding 11lb during gruelling sevenhour sessions she said: “I managed to put on a dress that was too tight for me a few months ago. I’ve definitely noticed a difference.”

The stand-up comedian, 41, says there have been times where she has “started to shake from where I’ve physically pushed as hard as I can”.

But it is worth it. She added: “I feel great. Obviously, there’s parts that are bruised and aching. Every day I go home and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, how am I going to get through this?’

“And I get through it and then I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I did it. And I’ve done it again.’ I’d love to just keep pushing and see how far my body can go, how many more techniques I can learn.” Now, the mother of two says mums at the school gates are begging her to bring hunky dancer partner Graziano di Prima, 27, with her on the school run.

She said: “The school mums are like, ‘Oh, my God, can you come for breakfast?’ I’m like, ‘No, but I can get Graz to send you a video!’ I’m getting extra mum points!”

Judi is among the celebs taking to the dance floor this weekend but former rugby player Ugo Monye, 38, who is partnered with Oti Mabuse, 31, will miss a week because of niggling back problems.

The news came after comedian Robert Webb, 49, and partner Dianne Buswell, 32, withdrew over the Peep Show star’s ill health.

Ugo tweeted: “Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to dance this weekend on the show.

“I have a history of back problems, which has always been managed under the guidance of medical professionals.

“Unfortunately, this has been causing me some unwanted problems this week.

“I have been advised by medical professionals and with huge support from Strictly to get some treatment and rest to ensure that I can get myself back to full capacity and fighting fit for next week.

“Gutted Oti and I won’t be dancing this weekend but wishing all the other contestants the best of luck and will be cheering them on from home!”

Last weekend McFly star Tom Fletcher, 36, and partner Amy Dowden, 31, returned after testing positive for coronavirus.

The duo missed a week while selfisolating.
