The romantic reality show reaches its final with the last three remaining couples facing electric shocks, a walk on broken glass and a tattoo parlour in the ultimate bid to prove their relationsh­ip deserves the crown. Host Rob Beckett (left), along with relationsh­ip experts Anjula Mutanda and Maria McErlane reflect with the couples on each of their journeys, before emotions reach an all-time high in the last vows ceremony of the series, before the winning couple is announced.

History: The Plane That Saved Britain, More4, 10pm

Paralympic­s presenter, ex-Royal Marines commando and pilot Arthur Williams (above) presents this love letter to the Second World War aeroplane he believes has been unjustly forgotten. While the Spitfire, Lancaster and Hurricane have passed into legend, the de Havilland Mosquito languishes in relative obscurity. But for Arthur, the “Wooden Wonder” is the plane that saved Britain. Here he meets those who flew it.

Film: Quantum Of Solace, ITV4, 8pm

Following betrayal by his now-dead lover Vesper Lynd, secret agent James Bond (Daniel Craig, left) embarks upon a globe-trotting mission to discover the truth. Soon, 007 comes into contact with the highly-suspect Quantum organisati­on and its shadowy leader, whose intentions are decidedly sinister and reside over a network of double agents buried within the government, MI6 and the CIA. With a vengence-fuelled agent by his side, Bond is soon as the heart of a plot to overthrow the Bolivian President. Craig’s second outing as James Bond picks up the story a mere ten minutes after the end of the previous film, Casino Royale. Also stars Olga Kurylenko and Judi Dench.

Drama: The English, BBC2, 9pm

Released from long-term army service in 1890 Oklahoma, Pawnee scout Eli Whipp returns north to his ancestral homelands in Nebraska to stake a legal land claim. Incarcerat­ed in violent circumstan­ces, Eli meets Lady Cornelia Locke (Emily Blunt, above), an Englishwom­an who’s looking to travel north to take revenge against the man she believes is responsibl­e for her child’s death. Co-starring Chaske Spencer.

Documentar­y: Aldi’s Next Big Thing, C4, 8pm

Small-scale fresh and deli producers get the opportunit­y to pitch their products to the bosses of Britain’s fourth biggest supermarke­t, Aldi. The food suppliers pitching to Aldi’s head of buying include the captain of GB’s Butchery Olympics team, two loved-up hipsters hawking vegan cheese and an allsinging, all-dancing Indian snack obsessive out to make Melton Mowbray famous for samosas. Who will sway judge Anita Rani (right) and her colleagues?
