New Beckham book promises series of fresh ‘revelations’
DAVID and Victoria Beckham are bracing themselves for the release of a book that threatens to put their marriage under the spotlight. Investigative journalist Tom Bower claims his latest release, The House of Beckham: Money, Sex and Power, contains a series of fresh “revelations”.
The author said: “Those who want to know about Beckham’s sex life won’t be disappointed.”

He added: “The Beckhams made sure that quite a lot of people wouldn’t talk to me, but I did find enough people to talk to and got a lot of very interesting revelations.
“It was a book that surprised me. We think we know everything but in fact there is an enormous amount we don’t know which the public will find out for the first time.”
Tom said he never requested access to the Beckhams. The biographer added: “One, I knew they would say no and, secondly, they have given thousands of interviews, and I knew they wouldn’t answer my questions.”
Asked if the book could be damaging for the celebrity couple, Tom said: “It’s an astonishing achievement to have maintained their image despite their ups and downs.
“But whether it’s damaging, the public will decide. What do they really represent? And that’s what the book answers.”
The book, which comes out in June, is published by HarperCollins, who suggested it will look to delve beneath the image presented of the Beckhams’ marriage in their recent Netflix documentary.
