Sean Bean On Waterloo

10PM, HISTORY At times, this new two-parter feels like a parody of celebrity-fronted history documentaries – Bean (left) isn’t given nearly enough relevant things to say, and some sections ramble terribly – but his reading of troops’ accounts from Waterloo brings the experience of the battle to life, and he certainly has a grand old time chatting to soldiers and firing guns.
