SLOW KILLER

The Powelliphanta is a giant, carnivorous snail found only in New Zealand. It has 6,000 teeth with which it chomps up its daily diet of earthworms (New Zealand: Earth’s Mythical Islands, Tuesday, 9pm, BBC2)
