Give Helen a medal

I didn’t think the team of Clare Balding and co could be bettered at the last Olympics but... stand up Helen Skelton! She was a joy to watch in the aquatics centre, sharing lots of knowledge, laughter and tears with her team of Rebecca Adlington and Mark Foster – and a bit of glamour too. Well done to whoever put these three together, they made me want to join in and I can’t even swim! Bette Rawling, East Yorkshire
