Last Vegas (2013) 12 9PM, CH4

Though not as extreme as The Hangover, this comedy proves that age is no barrier to having fun on a stag weekend. Three longtime friends (Kevin Kline, Morgan Freeman and Robert De Niro) join Michael Douglas’s groom-to-be in Las Vegas, where they heal old wounds as well as behaving a little badly.

The Truth Commissioner (2016) 15 9.30PM, BBC2

Based on the novel by David Park, this stars Roger Allam as a conflict resolution expert who is appointed Northern Ireland’s truth commissioner. A thriller wrapped up in a fictional account of the peace process, in which truth and power prove to be uneasy companions.
