8PM, CH4 The Kenyan chef Kiran Jethwa is on horseback, hunting wild rabbit with a golden eagle in tow, across the awe-inspiring landscapes of Mongolia. By any definition, that is an extreme way to find food – but that’s not the only thing he’s up to. Jethwa also finds a dangerous way of pressure-cooking, and prepares rabbit pie in a yurt.
