-

The Great British Wildlife Photography Challenge is open to all amateur photographers, to be judged by our panel including Anita, David Suchet (left), Liz Bonnin, Clive Anderson, bird expert David Lindo and our technical judges Gray Levett and Simon Stafford. There are five categories: 1. Mammals; 2. Birds; 3. Insects; 4. Fish, Reptiles, Amphibians and Molluscs; 5. Under-18s. Entries must be submitted by email by 30 October 2016 and the winners will be announced in Weekend. Category winners will have their photos published in the magazine and put on display and receive a Nikon D5500 camera, lenses, a

memory card and a year’s subscription to Nikon Owner magazine, as part of a £1,000 package. The overall winner also receives a four-day trip to Slovakia with Simon Stafford for a masterclass in photographing brown bears and lynx. The trip, next spring, includes return flights from the UK, transfers and three nights half-board, courtesy of Tatra Photography. See full T&Cs at tatraphotographyworkshop.com.
