A Christmas miracle

I hope that in 2017 the council in my home town will be as efficient as the one in Emmerdale. On Christmas Day there was a heavy snowfall there, which looked very picturesque, but on Boxing Day there was no sign of any snow. So well done to the Emmerdale council, an excellent job!
