Private eye Freddie Pink (left) returns in this new case for the Edwardian-era detective, Murdoch. She’s an eccentric presence, rather like Sherlock Holmes; that’s no accident, as the episode’s title – A Study In Pink, a reference to the Holmes story A Study In Scarlet – clearly indicates.
