Shakin’ Stevens, born Michael Barratt, worked as a milkman, but had his heart set on a career as a singer. He fronted an amateur rock band in the 1960s, and followed his dream with dogged determination. His big break came when he starred in the West End show Elvis! in 1977. Shaky joins Johnnie this afternoon to talk about life and music in the 1970s.
