Tension at every turn

Big Little Lies was a gem. The US mini-series had tension, intrigue and complex relationships at every turn. Reese Witherspoon was fabulous as chatterbox Madeline, while Nicole Kidman was plausible as abused Celeste and Shailene Woodley played Jane, whose mousy exterior hid a steely core, to perfection.
