SATURDAY Doctor Who

Written by playwright Mike Bartlett, whose Charles III comes to BBC2 on Wednesday, this spine-tingling episode stars David Suchet as a seemingly kindly old man who offers Bill and her friends cheap accommodat­ion in his spooky mansion. But when things start to go bump in the night it’s time to call for a Doctor.
