A ‘lost’ Jane Austen novel is acted out by an improv troupe in front of an easily pleased studio audience. Two sisters have been sent to Hampshire to find themselves husbands, where they fall into the company of a local cad. There are some funny moments, but sadly, the show relies on obvious gags and heavy-handed double entendres, making listeners long for Jane Austen’s sharp wit.
