FESTIVAL FUN

I do a lot of food shows around the UK, but none is as huge and diverse as the Bolton Food Festival. There were nearly 300,000 visitors this year and I’ve already signed up for my tenth appearance in 2018.

Alice In Wonderland cake for the kids. When I’m at the festival I like to wind up the Lancashire locals by talking about Yorkshire puddings, parkin and Wensleydale cheese!
