Eurosonic Noorderslag is a big festival of new European music. Tom is at this leading event, which draws more than 4,000 people to hear new music from more than 30 different countries. Some of the acts that have graced the Groningen gala – and gone on to greatness – are Agnes Obel, Franz Ferdinand, First Aid Kit and Shame. Tom brings us highlights from this year’s festival.
