COLOURFUL CARROTS

If you’re looking for veg that’s a bit different try heritage, or rainbow, carrots. Don’t peel them, just drizzle with a little honey, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 for 15-25 minutes, until tender.
