GUITARIST by Ben Cullen

It took Ben three days to build this 2.5ft-tall caricature, complete with guitar, for a friend’s birthday. The figure was moulded from a solid rice cereal and marshmallow mix to give it strength, plus vanilla sponges encased in chocolate ganache. Costing £500, it also needed 9kg of hand-sculpted sugar paste for the decoration.
