DAISY THE COW AND REGGIE THE CHAMELEON by Molly Robbins

Daisy is 3ft tall and 4ft long and is made of eight layers of chocolate fudge cake and covered in nearly four stone of sugar paste, built over a wooden frame. Weighing in at 13 stone, she is the largest cake Molly has ever made, although she has also made a life-sized corgi and a dinosaur that growls. She made Reggie (below) in two days from eight Madeira sponges, using an airbrush with edible food colouring to create the realistic markings on his scaly skin.
