CORONATION STREET

-

ORGANGATE – THE SEQUEL Did anyone else think the kissing between Carla and Daniel was a bit off target? He looked in danger of losing his nose at one point. And have you noticed that in all his sexual encounters, his hair stays perfectly intact? What product is he using? Superglue?

This new found enjoyment takes its toll on Carla when, after another afternoon of passion, she collapses in the Rovers. When the family gather around her hospital bed (pictured), Johnny is shocked to discover the truth, but is pleased Aidan has agreed to donate a kidney (good luck getting him out of those tight-fitting shirts to perform the op). Why, by the way, has nobody sought Tracy’s advice on the matter? She has a kidney from her mum’s ex-boyfriend, Samir, who was beaten to death on his way to donate it. If you want to know about kidney swapping, Tracy’s your gal.

Talking of swapping, did I not predict Toyah and Eva were on course to hoodwink everyone by passing off Eva’s baby as the one Toyah was hoping to adopt (after surrogate Jackie lost it)? Quelle surprise, it’s not that easy when Adam and Leanne want to spoil her for her birthday – Adam with sushi, Leanne with alcohol. She can’t consume either, so how is she going to get out of this one? Trust me – this plan is doomed and incapable of wiping the smirk off Toyah’s face. We can only pray that when it all goes awry (which it will), that seemingly impossible mission might be accomplished. But don’t hold your breath. I’ve almost given up hope.
