In this second show of the new series, Clare Balding takes a night walk near Greens Norton in Northamptonshire. Clare is joined by Christina Edwards, who grew up in the area, and would often go for late-night walks with her dog when she was a teenager. Christina was in a poor state of health at the time due to anorexia, and these walks were something of an obsession. Christina, now happy and well, looks back at those dark times, and tells Clare how she found a way back to health and stability.
