PICK OF THE DAY
Who Wants To
Be A Millionaire?
9.15PM, ITV
The world’s most famous quiz returns for a week of special shows to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Though there’s a new question master, with Jeremy Clarkson taking over the reins, the format remains the same, with each contestant having the chance to answer 15 questions correctly in order to win a whopping £1 million – which, oddly, still seems as vast a sum as it did 20 years ago. Familiar lifelines Ask The Audience, Phone A Friend and 50:50 are back, plus there are a couple of new twists along the way. Continues nightly at 9pm.

4.30PM, CH4
From teapots and helmets to stamps and watches, we are a nation of collectors.
But a single missing item can diminish an entire collection, and stop its value reaching its full potential. In this one-off programme, a team of experts set out to help people track down those frustratingly elusive missing pieces.
Britain’s Most Historic Towns
8PM, CH4
This week, Professor Alice Roberts is in Gloucestershire, exploring Cheltenham,
Britain’s most Regency town. Immersing herself fully into the historical experience,
Alice investigates the rigid social hierarchy of the period, attends a society ball and explores the surprising Regency penchant for enemas.
