Presented by former Bake Off contestant Liam Charles and comedian Tom Allen (far right), this new, ten-part contest sees six teams of professional bakers going head-to-head. Each week, judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin (near right) will set two tricky challenges; the first is to craft two batches of perfectly uniform classic miniatures (this week, 24 conversations and 24 tartes aux fruits); the second is the Showpiece task (reinventing a Black Forest gateau). What masterpieces will they bring to the table?
