Are band managers misunderst­ood? Is it appropriat­e to play Angels at funerals? All will be revealed.

The five members of the Punch Brothers got together a few years ago, at a low point in all their lives. Careers and relationsh­ips hadn’t gone well, so the five lads drowned their sorrows and played some bluegrass music. It sounded so good – and they felt so much better – that they formed a band. Their hits include It’s All Part Of The Plan, Rye Whiskey and Dark Days from The Hunger Games. They’ll give us some of their restorativ­e music in a session on Sean Rafferty’s show.
