P.J. Harvey made her ninth studio album under the gaze of scores of her fans. She recorded in a glass box in a gym that had been used by tax officials in London’s Somerset House. Tickets for the event allowed visitors to spend slots of time watching
P.J. putting the album together. The photographer Seamus Murphy was a collaborator for the project, and the pair join Miranda Sawyer this lunchtime to talk about their new film, A Dog Called Money, which follows this very public way of making an album.
JOOLS HOLLAND

Irish singer Jack Lukeman will be joining Jools tonight for a studio session round the piano. Jack is an old hand in the music business, having spent much of his teens busking around Europe – and then working with the likes of Robert Plant and Jimmy Page, John Lee Hooker and Elvis Costello. SJ
