BRITAIN’S MOST EXPENSIVE HOME: BUILDING FOR A BILLIONAIRE
9PM, CH4 ★★★★
This documentary follows the grandest of grand designs, a renovation project in London’s Mayfair with an eye-watering price tag. The Phones 4U founder and philanthropist John Caudwell (right) is the billionaire spending £68 million on the refurbishment of an £87 million mansion and adjoining townhouse, complete with spa, cinema, ballroom and eight-vehicle underground carpark. John is quite hands-on with the project and, like builds of any size or price, it is not without a host of hitches.

Office workers spend more time in nature to see if it makes a difference to their health, and there’s a look at an intelligent surgical tool that is being trialled for cancer patients.
WHITE HOUSE FARM
9PM, ITV ★★★★
After the surprise confession of Jeremy’s girlfriend, Julie, last week, this episode flashes back to before the murders. While there are big questions over a jilted Julie’s motivation for coming forward, the truth about Jeremy’s actions and his thoughts on his parents – and his inheritance – paint quite a damning picture.
