Soaking up the Scottish heritage of Nova Scotia in Canada, Michael Portillo dons a kilt to join a re-creation of the 18th-century drills performed by the 78th Highland Regiment. He ends his journey on Prince Edward Island, where he acquaints himself with local heroine Anne Of Green Gables.

Kicking off a new series of the Paddy Mcguinness game show is this first of two celebrity episodes for Sport Relief. Hoping to keep hold of the ball tonight are England netball star Eboni Usoro-brown, comedians Darren Harriott and Susan Calman, and Strictly professional Johannes Radebe.

Hotshot American surgeon Zsa Zsa Harper-jenkinson (returning guest star Sharon Gless) arrives in Holby and, after the tragedies of recent weeks, Zsa Zsa is a breath of fresh air.
