TUTANKHAMUN IN COLOUR

BBC IPLAYER HHHH

The colourised footage of the tomb’s discovery certainly brings the story to life in this documentary. What really puts it over the top, though, is the sheer knowledge of Oxford’s Elizabeth Frood, who presents it. And the cherry on the top is the insight from the current Countess of Carnarvon about the Fifth Earl, who bankrolled the enterprise.

DRAMA

HHHHH Sky’s Emmy-winning and Bafta-nominated series about the accident is horrific but very human, and a must-see for those who can bear it. Jared Harris and
