Helen Skelton (right) brings us all the week’s action from Cannon Hall Farm in Yorkshire, which provides a welcome visit to the countryside for locked-down city dwellers. This week, the brilliantly named Shetland stallion Jon Bon Pony is in danger of being put out to pasture after losing his interest in the ladies, and we meet awkward Orchid, the one-tonne shire horse who’s heading to the blacksmith. Over in Nottinghamshire, we meet shepherdess Elizabeth Kneafsey, who’s going the extra mile when it comes to caring for her flock.

The four remaining teams in this heat are pushed to their limits as they face chocolate week. The teams must think on their feet for the first surprise challenge, while for the second, they must create a chocolate showpiece inspired by one of the world’s most famous skylines.

The naturalist walks around the M25 and finds areas of unexpected natural beauty, including woods that were planted to create a barrier from the noise of the road.
