Glasto was a no-no

Was it really necessary for BBC2 to dedicate a whole six and a half hours to classic performances at Glastonbury one Sunday? This is not what I, for one, consider a worthwhile use of the licence fee. I realise the festival couldn’t take place this year, but why not take into consideration the people who have never wanted to go there in the first place?
