FEED CONTAINERS To perform at their best all summer, plants in containers need a weekly feed. Ensure it’s high in potash for root and flower formation, but not high in nitrogen which promotes soft foliage. Tomato feed or liquid seaweed are good, but make them no stronger than what the pack says.
