MADELEINE MCCANN: THE HUNT FOR THE PRIME SUSPECT
9PM, ITV ★★★★ Most of us know about the disappearance of three-yearold Madeleine Mccann (right) from a holiday flat in Portugal 13 years ago. There have been false sightings and conspiracy theories, but no strong clues in the case – until convicted sex offender Christian B, 43, was named prime suspect in June. Julie Etchingham leads this investigation into why it has taken so long for the German man, who was living nearby at the time, to be linked to Madeleine’s disappearance. Be prepared for some disturbing details as the case deepens.
WONDERS OF THE COAST PATH
8PM, ITV ★★★
From just outside Chester to Chepstow, the 870-mile Wales Coast Path has truly incredible views. In this new series, Sean Fletcher travels the route, meeting locals on the way. In part one, he heads towards Anglesey to look for natterjack toads, visit a prehistoric copper mine and prepare some freshly farmed oysters.
INSIDE BRITAIN’S FOOD FACTORIES

BARNWOOD BUILDERS
9PM, DMAX ★★★
This new series fits a cosy niche. A team (left) travel the US, looking for old log cabins, then rebuild them into modern homes with a frontier heart. Tonight, they’re in Tennessee, and find a cabin with many different styles layered on top. (Freeview 37, Freesat 150, Sky 172, Virgin 171)
ARCTIC ALONE
10PM, SKY HISTORY ★★★
Ten contenders, including Correy (left), try to survive for 100 days and win $1 million in a new series that opens with a quote about solitude from Aristotle. It isn’t always easy to hang on to a philosophical approach, especially when you’re freaking out about bears in the middle of the night.
