LIVE AT THE APOLLO

9PM, BBC2 ★★★★

For many people, spending so much time with their partners during lockdown has either been wonderful or it’s proven quite the disaster. But if you need a reminder of the funny side of love, then this first of six brilliant compilations – each on different topic – from the hit show will help. Focusing on relationships, we get to relive the best jokes and humorous stories from some of our favourite comedians, including Ellie Taylor (right), John Bishop, Sarah Millican, Ed Byrne and Phil Wang. Those of us either in domestic bliss or tearing our hair out can relate to the tales.

EMMERDALE FAMILY TREE: THE DINGLES, OLDER AND WISER

7PM, ITV ★★★★

When even non-fans have heard of characters, you know you’re on to a winner – and the Dingles are infamous for their hijinks, high drama and chaotic love lives. Leading the way is Zak, and this first of a new series goes through all his family’s many highs and lows.

WONDERS OF THE COAST PATH

★★★

This delightful series from Sean Fletcher has been truly enjoyable, and this penultimate part is no exception. He heads to the peaceful Carmarthen Bay, and you’ll marvel at its beautiful beaches, limestone cliffs and calming estuaries. Picking up the pace, though, he finds the car that broke a land speed record back in 1926.

CRIMINAL KIDS: CRIME & PUNISHMENT

9PM, CH4 ★★★★ Shockingly, more than 700 children are in prison across England and Wales – and some start a life of crime early. At 12, Robert saw his Asbo as a badge of honour, and is still causing trouble as an adult; we also meet a young man who is afraid of what he might do if he isn’t stopped. TESSA JONES
