Anton Ferdinand (right) has now retired from professional football, and works with elder brother Rio to mentor young players – and he’s certainly got wisdom to pass on when it comes to being in the public eye. Here, the ex-west Ham and QPR player reflects on the allegation that John Terry racially abused him during a match, how the investigation that followed made him feel like a victim, and on the abuse he suffered on social media. Hopefully, talking about it in this film will help to put a stop to it, for Anton and others.

In a holly jolly new mix of tips and contests, Kirstie Allsopp sets a tree decorating challenge for four crafters. Which of their handmade efforts will scoop the trophy? Kirstie also demonstrates a possible use for leftover fabric, while Phil Spencer drops by to whip up a Christmas chutney.

Bruce Willis stars in this ill-advised remake of Michael Winner’s harsh vigilante thriller from 1974. Willis looks a lot smoother than original star Charles Bronson, but this film is rougher around the edges. Willis is Paul Kersey, an ER doctor who seeks revenge after his wife is brutally killed.
