Kevin Mccloud (right) presides over a new, 21st series of the show that follows incredible self-build projects. The location of this first grand design is definitely unusual. Ex-army captain Justin has acquired a Gothic lodge – in a London cemetery. His neighbours might be pushing up daisies, but Justin isn’t squeamish, and will relish the peace and quiet. But first, he has to finish the build, a spectacularly ambitious project that includes demolition work and the excavation of a huge basement, the location for a 13-metre swimming pool. The cost? Absolutely eye-watering.
