Restaurant critic Giles Coren is back with Masterchef: The Professionals judge Monica Galetti, and in this episode, they’re on the island of St Lucia. They step inside the cool terraced Jade Mountain resort, set in 600 acres of forest – and each room has its own private pool. Giles helps the staff to get the beaches ready (right), while Monica gets to prepare for a wedding ceremony.

First up in this new round of emotional chats is reality star Gemma Collins, who’s had very public break-ups, struggles with her weight and infamous diva outbursts. TESSA JONES
