8PM, BBC1 ★★★★ She may be a household name on Loose Women, but Stacey Solomon (right) has a whole legion of fans who love to see her hilarious and genuinely helpful organising hacks on Instagram. Now, she is bringing her passion and sweet nature to families in need of a huge declutter. This new series sees every item in their homes laid out in a warehouse so they can clearly see what needs to go. All the while, a special team are cleaning, organising and upcycling pieces in their homes to bring more order and less stress to their lives. There are loads of really useful tips here.

8PM, CH4 ★★★★ More perfect pooch pairings are attempted, with some wonderfully heart-warming results. Patterdale terrier puppy Friday is bouncy and full of life, but will she be a bit too much for nine-year-old Rohan? Bouncier still is Rocco the Jack Russell, paired with Zach, who is concerned about his Tourette’s around a dog.

BLACK POWER: A BRITISH STORY OF RESISTANCE

9PM, BBC2 ★★★★ This powerful film examines the social revolution of the 1960s and 1970s that saw young black people refusing to accept racism as a way of life. It looks at the hard work of the groups trying to bring equality to the UK, and sees activists reflecting on their life-long struggles to be included.

9PM, CH4 ★★★★ As expected, there are mishaps galore this week as the silly challenges continue – but some fare better, despite the mounting tension and rows within the group. We see Mike Wozniak brilliantly vaulting a fence, Sarah Kendall struggling with footwear, and Lee Mack just struggling in general.
