The Plaza Hotel opened in 1907, and has catered to the very rich from the very start. Its owners have included Conrad Hilton and Donald Trump; its guests have ranged from F. Scott Fitzgerald to The Beatles. This new documentar­y goes behind the doors of this Manhattan landmark.
