A worthy forerunner to Sex And The City, this follows three young women making their way in work and love in New York City. The superb cast is led by Hope Lange, with Stephen Boyd as her love interest and Joan Crawford (above right, with Linda Hutchings) as her boss.

Paul Walker is the undercover cop infiltrating Vin Diesel’s gang to solve a far greater crime, but finding himself drawn in by their way of life. Fast & Furious 6 is on ITV2 tonight at 8pm.
