‘THEY’RE coming after my badge,’badge ’ roars the shady but effective Sergeant Voight at the start of this new, second season of the gritty police drama. He’s not wrong, and this is an action-packed opener, with Olinsky (Elias Koteas, pictured with Sophia Bush), the selfdescribed ‘last of the old-timers’, continuing to provide unintentional comic relief.
You, Me & Them, 10pm, Gold THE new, second series of Gold’s amusing age-gap relationship comedy, and Ed and Lauren (Anthony Head and Eve Myles, pictured) are trying for a baby. The couple seem happy, but will that persist once Ed’s riotous mum (Honor Blackman) turns up? This is essentially the role that Blackman played in The Upper Hand — 20 years ago — and she does it with aplomb.
