HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION

ENTRANTS for the Daily Mail/NatWest everywoman Aphrodite Award for Mumpreneur­s must be based in the UK, and have set up their own businesses from scratch while raising a child or children aged 12 or under.

Entrants must demonstrat­e they are the key owner and must have been in business for longer than 18 months. The business must also generate a profit.

Nomination­s and supporting evidence must be received by the deadline of July 6, 2015.

Please ensure nominees are available on the scheduled judging day (in Central London, October 8, 2015) and the daytime awards ceremony (December 2, 2015). Individual­s can be nominated

or enter themselves online by going to: everywoman.com/mumpreneur.

All entrants must agree their story can be featured in the Daily Mail.

Even if you aren’t a mumpreneur, there are five other award categories to enter:

ARTEMIS: Awarded to the most inspiratio­nal woman running a business which has been trading for a minimum of 18 months up to three years.

DEMETER: Awarded to the most inspiratio­nal woman running a business which has been trading between three and six years (inclusive).

IRIS: Awarded to a woman whose business growth and success has been greatly improved, through successful implementa­tion and use of technology.

ATHENA: Awarded to the most inspiratio­nal woman running a business which has been trading between seven and 11 years (inclusive).

HERA: Awarded to the most inspiratio­nal woman running a business which has been trading for 12 years or more. ENTER any of these at: everywoman.com/ewawards. There will be one winner per category and one recipient of the NatWest everywoman Award. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspond­ence will be entered into before or after the judging.
