O’SHEA’S BACKING STELLAR ROBSHAW

HARLEQUINS lost 26-25 in a tense clash with Exeter at Sandy Park but director of rugby Conor O’Shea once again spoke highly of Chris Robshaw’s qualities. The England captain (right), who is due to meet Eddie Jones to discuss his future, was superb in a losing cause and O’Shea said: ‘I hope people take a long, hard look before writing him off. He has been one of the outstanding back row forwards in this country for many a year. He made yards today when you didn’t think he could make yards. He was turning the ball over, he was tackling, he was working.’
