Sam steps out — in trainers!

SAMANTHA CAMERON has raised eyebrows with her sartorial choices in recent days. She sparked uproar by wearing a sleeveless dress to the Queen’s birthday church service in St Paul’s and this Monday she attended a charity gala with her sister, Emily Sheffield, pictured with her left, at Wyndham’s theatre in London in trainers.

Some say she is missing her former Girl Friday Isabel Spearman, who left No10 to set up her own brand consultancy. In April, Sam Cam hired ex-model Rosie Lyburn, 28, to organise her wardrobe and diary on a £53,000 salary at taxpayers’ expense.

Lyburn has shared images of herself in saucy fancy dress — as a pirate, policewoman, cowgirl, clown and in a toga. How soon before Sam dons a toga?
